Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy describes what information lead.find ("we", "us") collects, how we use it, and your choices.

What we collect

• Account info: email address, password hash, OAuth identifiers if you sign in with Google.
• Billing info: subscription status, plan, and Stripe customer ID. Card numbers are handled by Stripe and never touch our servers.
• Search data: the cities, niches, and filters you submit; the businesses returned; your exports.
• Usage data: counts of searches per month for quota enforcement; basic error logs.

How we use it

• To operate the Service and enforce plan limits.
• To process payments via Stripe.
• To investigate abuse and improve reliability.
• To send transactional emails (password reset, receipts, important account notices).

Subprocessors

• Stripe — payments and billing.
• Google Maps Platform — business search data.
• Firecrawl — website scraping for enrichment.
• Supabase — authentication and database storage.
• Cloudflare — hosting and content delivery.

Data retention

Searches and leads are kept for as long as your account is active. Deleting your account from Billing → Danger zone permanently removes your searches, leads, and profile within 30 days, and cancels any active subscription.

Your rights

You can access and export your data from the History page at any time. You can request correction or deletion by deleting your account or by contacting support. EU/UK users have rights under GDPR; California residents under the CCPA. We do not sell personal information.

Cookies

We use first-party cookies and local storage strictly to keep you signed in and to remember UI preferences. We do not use third-party advertising trackers.

Children

The Service is not directed to children under 18.

Changes

Material changes to this policy will be communicated in-app or by email at least 14 days before taking effect.
