Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of lead.find (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility & account

You must be at least 18 years old. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account.

2. The Service

lead.find returns business information sourced from the Google Maps Places API and from publicly available pages on third-party websites. We do not warrant the accuracy or completeness of any result. Treat all contact data as a starting point and verify before use.

3. Acceptable use

  • Comply with all applicable laws when contacting businesses or individuals (e.g. GDPR, CAN-SPAM, CASL, TCPA).
  • Do not resell raw results as a database product.
  • Do not attempt to circumvent quotas, scrape the Service, or interfere with other users.
  • Do not use the Service to harass, defraud, or send unsolicited messages prohibited by law.

4. Subscriptions & billing

Paid plans renew monthly until canceled. You can cancel at any time from the Billing page; you keep access until the end of the current period. Refunds are at our discretion and generally not provided once a billing period has started.

5. Third-party services

The Service uses third-party providers including Google Maps, Stripe (payments), and our hosting provider. Your use of those services is also governed by their respective terms.

6. Data ownership

You own the search history and exports you generate. We may aggregate anonymized usage data to operate and improve the Service.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You can delete your account at any time from Billing → Danger zone.

8. Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability is capped at the amount you paid in the prior 12 months.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced in-app or by email at least 14 days before taking effect.
